They are the neatest little surprise found under the label of a box, package, or envelope sent to you by a letterboxer. They can be found on a postal letterbox, package of LTC's, or swap envelope. The purpose behind them is so that you will recycle your envelopes and packages by tearing off the address label and reusing the packaging. You can log them as a find under 'Other' on Atlas Quest.
I have recieved a couple of them and have always been surprised when I peel off the label and see someone's tiny creation staring up at me.
Always check those address labels! Even if you don't find one, at least you didn't throw one away by accident!
